ESMEL
The ESMEL quality label identifies honey that fulfils the technical quality standards contained in the regulation for the use of this label. The Majorca Autochthonous Bee Association created and registered the ESMEL quality label in order to offer consumers a product of guaranteed quality.
GUARANTEE MARKS RAMELLET TOMATO
The “ramellet tomato” is a type of tomato that is much relished in Mallorca for its characteristic flavour and aroma, its long shelf life and its aptitude for moistening bread when preparing the traditional "pa amb oli" (bread with oil).
